Samsung could launch the Galaxy Note 10 Lite with a S11-like design next year
You must be aware that Samsung will launch its latest Galaxy S11 series smartphones next year. Now, we are sure that Samsung will choose the month of February for the launch of these latest smartphones as per the past record. It is also traditionally seen that the Galaxy S series is the first smartphone with the latest processor from Qualcomm and Exynos for the year. Same way, we are poised to see the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor on this flagship phone from Samsung. However, we are waiting to see if Samsung will switch to 5G for all its variants or if it will also provide a 4G variant.
One interesting thing to note is that the Snapdragon 865 does not have 5G built inside whereas the Snapdragon 735 from Qualcomm does have 5G support inside the processor itself. Talking about the Snapdragon 735 processor, we might see Samsung use this processor in one of its smartphones named as the Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Yes, this will be the much-rumoured lite version of Galaxy Note 10 series released earlier this year. The new reports regarding Galaxy Note 10 Lite reveal that it might be launched alongside the Galaxy S11 series and it will also have a design similar to Galaxy Note 10 series with a punch-hole camera.
Another factor is that the Galaxy Note 10 Lite will be cheaper than the Galaxy Note 10 which starts at $949. As per the reports, Galaxy Note 10 Lite will start $100 cheaper than the Galaxy Note 10 and might be priced at $839. Now, this is by no means inexpensive but it might be worth the price considering the specifications. Also, 91Mobiles has reported exclusively that the Galaxy S10 will also have a lite version. While both the Galaxy Note 10 Lite and S10 Lite were scheduled to release in December-end, their release has been postponed to end of January for some reason.
